桂天晗，清華大學公共管理學院助理教授。佛羅里達大學（University of Florida）社會學博士，魁北克大學蒙特利爾分校（Université du Québec à Montréal）社會學碩士，北京外國語大學法語專業文學學士。加入清華前曾在聯合國人口基金會（UNFPA）紐約總部、聯合國開發計劃署（UNDP）紐約總部以及聯合國秘書處調查司（UN-OIOS）從事項目評估工作�，F主要研究方向為海外發展援助，發展/援助項目評估，社會性別。
